feat: Support ECS fargate cluster with standalone task

We have ECS fargate clsuter that has no service definition, but task defnitions. The usage pattern is to manually run standlaone task on demand (with port forwarding) or connect to previously lanuched standlone task.

The current application does not support this usage scenario.

1. How do you currently launch standalone tasks? (aws ecs run-task CLI?)
2. What do you mean by "port forwarding" - connecting to a port inside the container, or using the container as a bastion to reach other resources (like RDS)?
3. When you "connect to previously launched tasks", what's missing? (:ecs/tasks shows all running tasks including standalone ones, with ECS Exec available)

This will help us understand what would be most useful.

Yes, i think the command like following

aws ecs run-task --cluster $CLUSTER_NAME --task-definition $TASK_DEFINITION --network-configuration awsvpcConfiguration=$AWS_VPC_CONFIG --enable-execute-command --launch-type FARGATE

Exactly the use case

The scenario here is like I launch a standalone task throught claws, now I can connect to it via ssm to get a console session, maybe this functionality already exists.

ECS Exec (shell access): This already exists! Navigate to :ecs/tasks, select a running task, press a for actions, then x for Exec.
Run Task: Makes sense - we'll look into adding this as an action on Task Definitions.
Port Forward to Remote Host: This is a bigger feature since it needs host/port input and ideally history/bookmarks. We'll consider it for future releases.
