Reviewed the code changes. This is a major version bump (v3 to v4), but we're already compatible.

The breaking change in v4 requires CommonJS imports to use .default:

const axiosRetry = require('axios-retry').default

Our code in providers/fetch/goFetch.js:6 already does this:

const { default: axiosRetry, exponentialDelay, isNetworkOrIdempotentRequestError } = require('axios-retry')

So we're good.

One minor note: v4.2.0 added native 429 retry with retry-after header support. We manually check for 429 at line 23, which is now redundant but harmless. Could clean that up later if we want.

LGTM once CI passes.
