Do we really need to support ruby 1.8.7? Why not drop it's support and use 1.9.2 only? |

Hi, as I have promised in the comments on vows.js pull request, I have prepared a pull request on tags support. You can see it in action (template is still not finished yet, but it's OK already to take a look on proposed pull request) on http://blog.ixti.ru/. I hope the code is clean enough to get idea about features, anyway you can see the way I use them in my blog's sources https://github.com/ixti/blog
