Full Multiview not loading

I have added four of my rtsp streams to this and it works great! When I click on "Full Multiview", the four windows are black with a blue loading animation, but never loads. My streams only work when I click on HLS. MSE and WebRTC do not load. I know this repo hasn't been updated in 3 years, but I'm hoping you can shed some light.
