The
pre-commitentry in dependabot.yml was invalid (sorry about that); Dependabot doesn't support this in theirpackage-ecosystemconfig options. This was caught by the failed CI run.Replaced with a scheduled GitHub Action that runs
prek autoupdateweekly.
