- /units and /agencies requests and responses are consistent - Removed uses of __properties__ for nodes in favor of to_dict() method. - Fixed some bugs in the reported_units and reported_officers queries
- Also began enforcing consistent values for employment type, status, and rank across the backend. This is a work in progress. Only Ranks are currently being enforced.
This commit fixes the Agency Officer List
- Sidebar is now part of the overview tab only and doesn't appear on the other tabs. - Sidebar is now sticky and scrolls with the user as they navigate the overview tab. - Sidebar layout has been made into a reusable component for consistency across all detail pages.
