Create framework for e2e tests

• create framework for e2e tests
• refactor existing e2e tests
• improve e2e test-coverage:
  • cover different scenarios in e2e tests: different methods, domains, paths, multipath
• Don't rebuild binary for each test
• Test config file
  • Test configuration in config file + merging with --allow cli flags
• Run nsjail tests with boundary-run instead of sudo
• Run landjail tests without sudo

Consider:

• add e2e tests to test behaviour with claude?
• add e2e tests to test behaviour with claude and agentapi?
