CoMPAS/OpenSCD plug-in guidelines

As a CoMPAS plug-in developer, I want to know what the guidelines/rules are to build a “futureproof” CoMPAS/OpenSCD plug-ins so I can convert the 104 plug-in accordingly.

Acceptance criteria:

Publisch the guidelines(if not done already)

Check with the open source community
