I was wondering if anyone is aware of a way to call the enableDictation() / setProfanity(ProfanityOption) methods available in the [SpeechConfig class](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/javascript/api/microsoft-cognitiveservices-speech-sdk/speechconfig?view=azure-node-latest)?
