Step number change

Hello,

I upgraded from0.20.0 to 0.24.0

Step number was incremented at each step	Step number is resettled to 1 at each new section

This change makes it harder to know how to name the image <recipe-name>.<absolute-step-number>.jpg

Is this change wanted ?

This is intentional change I made. I think it makes sense. Recipes with sections are usually long and steps go to tens or twenties and it's mentally easier to work with low numbers
