Use the `hardwareConcurrency` and `deviceMemory` properties of the Navigator API to get broad CPU and RAM data. We bucket these into categories as with downlink, latency, etc., and then provide ‘weak’, ‘moderate’, and ‘strong’ Stances as with connection capability, etc.
Small but significant typo! I’d listed `27ms` as a latency boundary and it should have said `275ms`.
