Attachment dialog FUBARed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on toot
2. Click on attach
3. Pop-up dialogue is unreadable.

Expected behavior
Readable file manager (preferably in English)

Environment

• OS: Linux Mint 20
• Version: 23.0.3 Chieri
• Your instance: Not relevant
• System Language: English

I made Linux Mint 20 (Cinnamon Edition) LIVE CD and check which the problem is reproducible. Unfortunately, not. It works well on my Mint. Please check below and send me the result to solve.

Check if fubared or not at...

1. Other file-choose dialog on TheDesk (Preferences>System Preferences>Import)
2. (If fubared on 1) Same dialog on ther Electron-based Mastodon client like Whalebird.
3. (If fubared on 2) Same dialog on Whalebird with Japanese(日本語); change at Preferences > Language > Language

I noticed this too (in v. 24.1.3), but it is only in the Snap version, not in the .zip or .deb installation.
