- Add quick_install.py for automated dependency installation with GPU/CPU detection
- Add run_proteinmpnn.py for simplified usage with config-based parameters
- Add setup_proteinmpnn.sh and auto_setup_and_run.py for alternative setup methods
- Update README.md with concise installation and usage instructions
- Update .gitignore to exclude test output directories
