Availability of libnotify4 v. 0.8

I am trying to install viagee on Ubuntu 22.04.3 but the package wants libnotify4 v. 0.8. Ubuntu currently supplies libnotify4 v. 0.79. Does anyone know where this package can be found? I could not install it with apt:

$ sudo apt install libnotify4 t=0.8 // failed

I am self-taught on Linux in general and Ubuntu in particular but have not yet taught myself how to correctly install a particular version of a package. 8^)>

I looked in the git history to see why the version restriction is there - it is not apparent.

You may be fine with a dpkg "--force-install", but I can't offer any guarantees.

@davesteele Would it make sense to rebuild deb to depend on a lower version of libnotify please?

Done. It may take a week or so to propagate.
