stopLayoutAnimation doesn't stop initial animation after a new View creation.

The idea is that when calling stopLayoutAnimation() the initial animation should not perform anymore, even if after a new View creation.

Cause: The initial attribute taken from layout overrides the static attribute.
Solution: new local boolean is created at startup and checked with the global static one.
Fixed for next release 1.1.0
