Get it building for 16-bit OS/2 again (excluding the dialer) #161
Description
The last release of C-Kermit to support 16bit OS/2 was OS/2 C-Kermit 5A(190) released in October 1994. The follow on release, OS/2 C-Kermit 5A(191) of April 1995 dropped support for 16bit OS/2 and its successor, Kermit 95, was strictly 32bit only.
There are still remnants of 16bit support present in the current codebase though at this time I can't say how much was removed vs simply neglected. It will probably be necessary to carefully inspect the 5A(190) code (available in ckc190.zip) to identify what important 16bit stuff was removed from modern C-Kermit.
