Generate sentence-aligned data set for generation of abstractive summarizations/paraphrasing

Based on the ROUGE-2 optimized alignments, generate sentence-based samples that can be used as training inputs for a paraphrasing model.

This importantly requires changes to the currently extracted oracle baselines, as they sort the extracted sentences in order of appearance in the source text and also discard duplicates.
