TS1046: Top-level declarations in .d.ts files must start with either a 'declare' or 'export' modifier.

The index.d.ts file declaring `class Markup extends Component...` (line 26) should read 
`declare class Markup extends Component...`

Otherwise the newer versions of TS will complain.

PR #47 will resolve this.
