build: re-run build to refresh dist/dedent.js

Ran ncu -u (https://github.com/raineorshine/npm-check-updates) and yarn to bump all devDependencies. A few changes were also necessary:

• Using @babel/cli & co. instead of babel-cli & co.
• Per https://flow.org/en/docs/tools/eslint using hermes-eslint and eslint-plugin-ft-flow to lint Flow code

Fixes #37

FWIW I plan on .gitignoreing this file in a next step. No need to check it in.
