This PR removes the custom SqlServerScriptProvisioningResource workaround and directly uses AzurePowerShellScript now that the underlying Azure.Provisioning issue is resolved.
- Deleted the entire
SqlServerScriptProvisioningResourceclass and its supporting logic. - Updated
AzureSqlServerResourceto instantiateAzurePowerShellScriptand set the retention interval inline.
