Dear rmongodb users, today I received letter from CRAN:

The Fedora results are now from Fedora 24 which has mongodb 3.2.7 and it seems your tests are not robust to the differences between 2.x and 3.x. There are several other long-standing issues.
Please address all of these ASAP. If you no longer want to maintain the package (as your issues page suggests), please withdraw it from CRAN.
Most of rmongodb users know that package based on legacy mongodb drivers and not fully compatible with mongodb 3.*. As mentioned in readme, I have no time / interest to maintain rmongodb package.
So if no one will undertake package maintenance, it will be archived from CRAN.
Let me know some of you want to undertake maintenance.
