Feature description

Need to:

• Create Incident Report DocType with naming series (INC-.YYYY.-.####)
• Add fields for incident type, assignment, and description
• Implement default values for incident date and status
• Auto-set reported_by from session user
• Auto-set resolution_date when status changes to Resolved and it is clear when status become In Progress
• Create GAMS Manager role through setup file
• Implement email notifications for incident assignment and resolution

Solution description
