* add in information regarding the prompt manager

* Update README for more clarity and detailed sections

Revised the introduction, structure, and contents of the README file to enhance readability. Added more explicative headings and broke down complex paragraphs into simpler sections. Added a new section on custom prompt stores with implementation examples and usage.
