This updates the README to make it easier to read, find information, and provides examples on some of the newer features

Revised the introduction, structure, and contents of the README file to enhance readability. Added more explicative headings and broke down complex paragraphs into simpler sections. Added a new section on custom prompt stores with implementation examples and usage.
