What does this PR do?

Hello Team,

Our org went through a re-org. I opened this PR to change the team name for the version bump pipeline

Why is it important/What is the impact to the user?

This is in important because if the old group is deprecated the centralized version bump (orchestration) pipeline will no longer be able to trigger the version bump pipeline
