Update of SAS strings is broken

Reasons:

• Emoji SAS translations broken since the split into -spec and -proposals matrix-org/matrix-spec#1372
• master branch has been renamed to main, so the URL in our script main be broken.

Once this is all fixed, we should get PR with the new or updated translations.
