Update elfeed-20260512.419 "database format is outdated"

After the latest elfeed update elfeed-20260512.419, when I try to run elfeed I get: "Elfeed database is outdated. Please upgrade first using an older version of elfeed. " I've been using elfeed about a year, updated frequently, and have never seen this before. If it matters, my packages are byte-compiled using minimal-emacs. I'm on Fedora 43 and Emacs 30.2.

Which file is loaded (the file path, see (expand-file-name "index" elfeed-db-directory)) and which version does the file have? You can check the first few lines of the index file to see the version.
