Request enhance Seer Memory Visualizer

I wanted to examine memory layout of an embedded chip so I checked it with Seer Memory Visualizer
On #389 , a variable in tracker list will change its color if its value is changed.
I think we could do to the same with Seer Memory Visualizer. The address has changed value will be highlighted

Certainly is do-able. I've seen it in other tools.

I've made an implementation of this. Instead of changing the color of the bytes that were changed from the previous step/next, I underlined them. This works well with dark and light themes. Also, works well if the view is printed. The underlines show up.

There's a small problem on ubuntu. I'm using an api again that is not support on old ubuntu. I'm fixing it up now. Will put it into "main". Then I'll update the #447 branch with "main".
