Rust everything

nvim-oxi is a new library for interacting with neovim directly from Rust. I know vim-markdown-composer also supports vim (which nvim-oxi does not) but I thought it'd be worth mentioning since most of this plugin is already written in Rust.

Please don't, there are few people (like me) using Vim instead of neovim.
