Problem: Existing users need to sign an onchain message with their biometrics to link their Exa Card to their account. They must first be informed this is required, then taken through the signing flow.
Affected users: Existing Exa App users with a card linked prior to onchain signature being introduced.

- Design
- Awareness surface telling existing users they must sign.
- Modal (or equivalent) that handles the biometric onchain signature.
+Frontend
- Implement the notification surface.
- Implement the signing modal and biometric prompt.
- Trigger logic for which users see the prompt.
Out of scope:
- New-user onboarding flow (covered in separate issue).
- Deeplinking (covered in separate issue, but unblocks the notification → modal entry path).
