Items outside the OBS display area are not displayed in 3DEffect

Items outside the OBS display area are not displayed in 3DEffect.
Like when you adjust field of view.

This problem has been occurring since 3d-effect-0.1.2.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Creates an outline effect that exists off-screen and alters its Field of View.

1. Create two different color "color sources". Make one a little larger than the drawing area (1920x1080 in my environment).

2. Add "3D Effect" to the scene. Then adjust "Field of View" you'll see the red outline in previous version. But in 0.1.2 you can't see the out line.
