The Jest PR got merged, I'll land the CLI upgrade that will fix CI. |

Even with the latest CLI upgrade, we are now running into issues on CI about the amount of files we are opening: #25241 (comment) We are trying to resolve it but if we can't today, please feel free to reopen and merge this PR. |

Disables the
test_ios_e2eandtest_js_e2etests temporarily until the regression introduced in #25190 is fixed. A fix has been identified and proposed at jestjs/jest#8558.We can re-enable these once a release of Jest with a patched jest-haste-map is available.
