Replace Jetstream with proper Admin UI #15
Description
Jetstream's starter kit widgets are inadequate, and need to be replaced. We need something that can implement a proper admin UI for admins to manage users and beacons for starters, as well as self-service (API key creation, password resets).
Filament seems popular for admin, but I really don't care for the TALL stack. If that's our only real option, I'll go with it, but I would much prefer something Inertia-based or using straight Vue.
