🐞 Bug Report: Update automatic PR workflows to point to the release branch

Currently, all of our automated PRs are generated against the main branch. With our new release branch set up, we need this to point to our current release branch.

This may require some fiddling, as the release branch will change periodically. It may need to become part of the release process to change this.
