Remove redis transaction

Motivation:

We are setting up sharded with twemproxy in front of it. However, twemproxy doesn't support transaction (https://github.com/twitter/twemproxy/blob/master/notes/redis.md)

Modification:

• Remove transaction in RedisCustomIO
