Description of Problem:
When the InnerSource SIG relaunches in June and we need to attract new members to grow the community,
We want to ensure we communicate the refreshed purpose, value, and ways to get involved in a clear, engaging, and easily accessible format shortly after the launch
so we can increase awareness, encourage more engineers to join the SIG, and build sustained momentum across the industry.
Context
- The InnerSource SIG relaunch is planned for June.
- Growing membership is a key objective, and we want to ensure that potential members understand the value of joining.
- A communication asset is needed that can reinforce the relaunch message after launch and remain relevant as an introduction to the SIG
Potential Solutions:
Create a short video explaining the value of the SIG. It will be hosted on the FINOS website and the InnerSource SIG website, making it publicly accessible and easy to share
