Triple duplicate error messages thrown when a user without permissions tries to delete or other Action a shift from the Roster view

Information about bug

When a user (such as an intern or employee without explicitly granted Delete permissions on the Shift Assignment DocType) attempts to delete or clear a shift entry directly from the Standalone Roster View (/hr/roster/), the page displays three identical error toast notifications simultaneously instead of a single, clean message.
