TA hours not being calculated correctly

TA hours, viewable on a TA's profile page by an admin, are being displayed and/or calculated incorrectly. For example, a TA that has TA'd for Git/GitHub (4 TA hours) and Intro HTML/CSS (8 TA hours) is showing as having 8 TA hours.
