How to turn this into materials that can (also) be used for self-study?

• Binderize so we don't need users to install anything
• Adapt README guide users through their self studies (or use Jupyterbook?)
• Have clear installations steps so users can install and run on their own machines
• Update all notebooks to have more checkpoints with lessons / concepts pointed out more explicitly? / Or split notebooks into shorter bits?
• Add timing info ("Whole notebook should be covered in 30 minutes.)
