Docs: Heroku tutorial #526

@paulrobertlloyd

Description

@paulrobertlloyd

Possibly less necessary since they introduced paid plans but Indiekit has been tried and tested on Heroku, and their own docs are pretty good at describing how to set up a new Node application.

  • List downsides of using Heroku (doesn’t provide native support for MongoDB)
  • Add tutorial for setting up an Indiekit server on Heroku (and connecting to a MongoDB database)
  • Create/reinstate Heroku deploy button to make the process one-click
