Support Native AOT on .NET for linux-arm64

Problem Statement

Sentry already supports Native AOT for the x64 platform. For cost reasons, much of our serverless infrastructure on AWS Lambda is running on arm64 (and seems to be growing).
Therefore it would be great if Sentry would also provide a native library for linux-arm64.

A quick look at the NuGet package told me that currently only linux-x64 is supported:

Shouldn't be too hard to cross-compile for arm64 but the issue is testing as we currently rely solely on GitHub hosted runners which don't have an arm64 image.

It looks like support for arm64 is available via partner images, which are available on the larger runners:

This repository contains the information about the VM images provided by GitHub partners which can be used on GitHub-hosted larger runners.
