Integration tests flaky/failing on Alpine

Runs in both of these (unrelated) branches are showing the same issue:

Sorry about that! Merging main helped, right?

1. #4326 added Docker in the shared Alpine Linux image
2. any branch found Docker and therefore tried executing the PublishContainer integration test
3. Docker was not actually usable until /var/run/docker.sock was bind-mounted, also done by #4326
