Note: there is another issue about `chromedriver: error while loading shared libraries: libnss3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory`. This does not fix that. I manually installed the missing packages. I will have to fiollow up to see if I can fix that.

This fixes an issue that was preventing karma tests from running in codespaces.
