What's "uv" ?

I'm always amused when smart devs never realize they're going to be the first people to ever mention the new tools they're using, that they didn't realize most people have never heard of...

Wanna back up a step on your homepage and explain this to us all?

I think @gitcnd knows what the uv is, but points the problem it isn't described in readme.

Actually - I genuinely did not know what it is - but I was not actually asking what it is - I was pointing out that me and others like me would appreciate if the instructions had that extra context at the start, so we can start using this without the "not found" frustrations I had...

well, i just saw that the readme do have a prerequisite section, so i don't think any of this is needed
