Optionally fetch data only daily

Description

It would be nice if there was a feature to, instead of having Glance fetch data whenever refresh, for select widgets, only fetch data once per day. This could be, instead of daily, configured to be whatever interval the user wants. For some things, such as server stats, this would be undesirable.

But I think Glance functions really well as a 'digital minimalist' way of getting cool content and news about things that the user cares about, without intrusive feeds and algorithms. Something that really helps with this philosophy is the idea of slower feeds and the absence of the idea that 'there might be something new, so let's check again'. Configuring the minimum time between data refreshes would help with this.

Each widget have their own cache duration, server stats is cached 15s, RSS is 2h, but all of them can be overridden with the said property.
