Port of Miller Puckette's bob~ filter to Max. Includes documentation, attribute clamping, and 64-bit support for macOS (intel + silicon) & win.

This release provides a high-quality Moog transistor ladder filter simulation for Max 8/9, using Runge-Kutta numerical integration for an authentic analog response.
