I've implemented the requested functionality to support queued messages, allowing users to queue multiple inputs or commands for the agent to process over time. This feature is especially useful for:

• Developer tools requiring automation
• Batch processing scenarios
• Complex workflows with interdependent steps
• Long-running or multi-session tasks
• Users who prefer explicit, structured interaction
• Gemini CLI now handles queued messages efficiently and persistently, closely aligning with the goals outlined in this issue.

Just piling on here. After using Claude Code extensively, then trying out Gemini CLI, queuing prompts conversationally is probably the most noticeable gap in UX between the two. Claude Code keeps the user input visible at all times, whether it's thinking or working, and it's a real game changer for fire-and-forget workflows.
