feat: Migrate geocoding reverse

This PR does the following things:

• Migrates the geocoding-reverse sample to js-api-samples.
• Updates the sample to use the gmp-map element, dynamic loading, and advanced markers.
• Enhances interactivity; just click the map to reverse geocode anyplace on Earth instantly!
• Sets the map cursor to a crosshair, making it easier to pinpoint areas to reverse geocode.
