Update vehicle info windows

Update the application to include both pre-solve and post-solve info windows containing information about a route, such as the name, capacity, and working hours.

[Pre-solve]
Clicking on a vehicle on the maps will display in the popup:

1. Vehicle label
2. Start time window
3. loadLimits

[Post-solve]
Clicking on a vehicle on the maps will display in the popup:

1. Vehicle label

2. shipments assigned

3. total route duration
4. total distance traveled

UI treatment:

1. When there are multiple vehicles at the same location (therefore overlapping on the maps), include multiple vehicles info in the same popup (and allow scroll if oversized)
2. When the vehicle location overlaps with shipment location on the maps, show both popups.
