Prevents recursive calls when stream_tx_blocking callback triggers task_execute during high-frequency status polling. Without this guard, buffer state corruption can occur when CDC_Transmit_FS is busy and the blocking callback attempts another write. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
